BEFRIENDING THE BODY

NOTE: This is a foundation Module with the Somatics Course.

ESSENTIAL QUALITIES OF HEALING

    • Patanjali’s Sutras – the Yamas and Niyamas
    • Brahma Viharas – Loving Kindness, Compassion, Sympathetic Joy and Equanimity
    • Somatic Visualisation
    • Neurophysiology thought and research
    • Damasio’s Theory of the Mind-Body relationship
    • Approaches to Trauma, Addiction, Stress, Anxiety
    • Introduction to Teaching Practicums
    • A Toolkit for Ourselves and for our Clients

TRANSFORMING THE ELEMENTS 

    • Tsa Lung practices from the Dzogchen tradition
